Widgets can’t be found

Cute animals, cannot find the widgets anywhere though.

Widget glitch

When I updated pixel pals my widgets were broken. I can’t even ad a widget. Even if I try ad one it is not working. It is just gone. Please fix these issues.

New update has broken my widgets

The instructions say to “edit widget” to set the background to transparent. After setting up the correct transparent image to be used, holding down on the widget and clicking ‘edit’ only shows the “Show pixel pal” option. There is no manner to set the background of a widget to ‘transparent’. Cancelling my subscription.

Does not work

There is no way to access your pet. No way to feed them etc. Not like how it shows in the screenshots here.

hola, vengo a dar una estrella este juego porque siempre Necesitamos pagar para tener una mascota, pero como yo uso iPhone no puedo jugar otros juegos como en Samsung que se pueden jugar juegos que sin pagar para la mascota. Por eso le puso una estrella y no me gusta y siempre hay que estar pagando pero le puse en la pantalla una cajita para cuidar a mi mascota y siempre tengo el gato no puedo cambiarlo

Below satisfaction

This app has been downloaded both on my phone and my iPad, and I did love it at first, but tons of bugs occurred. First off, whenever my battery life died, it restarted ALL of my progress. This includes the food, my pets stats, even the pets name and the pet itself! Second, I followed the instructions to put the widget on the home screen and they would not load! I would suggest to stay away the app at all costs. The only thing I would say that's nice about the app, is if you do get the widgets working, they have a bunch of variety and they look nice too! Plus, its free. 2 stars.

Always resets

Loved this app but lately it’s been resetting back to the beginning - all the morphs I worked so hard for are gone. This has happened at least 3 times since I’ve had the app. Takes all the fun out of it. I paid for a year but I hardly look at it anymore. Fun when it works I guess.
