This game would be perfect if they added a “skip shot” button. Some shots take FOREVER to roll down all the hills on greens. Add an option to skip the shot animation, please.

It’s for people who can’t play any of the real golf apps . Quirky and lame. By trying to make it difficult, it doesn’t make sense. There are games in the App Store just like this games . Developers don’t know how to design a fun game that’s fair . You can score a birdie on the first hole and you are now -1 under on the 1st hole. Then their are other players that at are -2 under on the same hole . Ridiculous ! Your not even leading the tournament and you are behind someone who is -2 under on the 1st hole . The putting is horrible. You can miss putts for no reason. Over hit them and miss them at less then a foot . Again the game is ridiculous. It’s just aggravating if you feed into this nonsense . The games is not fun . It was designed by a satis just to make it difficult . Poor design attempt .

Like some other full reviews (I.e. played fully through before reviewing) I found the game easy and mostly enjoyable, until you get to the final tour. The final tour is all but impossible to win, as more than half the holes are nearly unbirdieable (and in a few cases unparable)without holing in an iron shot. So yeah, a bit unrealistic and not very fun, unless you don’t mind scoring a bogey or higher on half the round. I think the holes need to be shorter (on the birdie unreachable holes) and simply add a few more grades or hazards (slopes) to make it a bit more challenging, but manageable.

There are quirks, sure (like trees grabbing balls when the flight path appears to get by), the power gauge and markers don’t exactly work how you’d expect, and the wind can be weird. My problem is the massive amount of ads. We really need an ad every two holes (and then every hole near the end of a course)? How about one halfway through a course and then one at the end? I could live with that. Almost worth the $$ just to shut those off. It’s yet to be determined how long I stick it out with this game. Update: uninstalled and reduced my stars. Way too many inconsistencies with how wind, trees, the distance “gauge”, and terrain work. Too bad, because it’s a beautiful game otherwise.

This game is incredible! The focus clearly was on smooth mechanics. Feels like a legit golf game, everything makes sense and looks and sounds great.

Some shots are physically impossible to pull off. You cannot increase your shot distance through upgrades, so the cpu can win due to an advantage you cannot fix. The shot meter also doesn’t recognize user input during the swing.

The game is fun besides it being mainly based on luck you could be doing really good and the A.I. might all of a sudden be better. The wind might be easy or might all of a sudden make the game impossible. But all the little nit picky stuff is nothing compared to the issue of not being some to pause the game… The game can be paused don't get me wrong but the ball has to come to a complete stop, which when you hit a bad ball on a 3 hole course and need to just restart it, it becomes infuriating to have to sit there and watch this pixel move as a snails pace until it comes to a complete stop. Why can’t I just pause while it’s rolling can we please fix this!

I can’t think of the last time I’ve wrote such a negative review for a game. Simply put, it is unplayable with the amount of 30-60s ads between EVERY SINGLE HOLE. Should be against the App Store TOS to call this a free game.

Please for the love of god add the ability to zoom in/out. Also, a separate power meter for putting would be ideal. Other than that, great game!
