It’s best but now am waiting and I cannot load it
I’ve used Pixel Studio on both an iPad and my Galaxy Note 9 and all I can say is, it works flawlessly. It’s difficult to create a good user experience for a touchscreen, especially for an app of this kind, but Pixel Studio does it’s best to overcome the limitations of a touchscreen and it does so pretty well. The UI has it’s quirks and imperfections, but it’s easy to get accustomed to and easy to use. Pixel Studio has the tools to help people without a stylus use this app, but it obviously works better with a stylus. It even goes as far as to allow users to disable drawing with fingers, so you can draw with your Apple Pen or Samsung S Pen and only use your fingers to zoom in/out and move the canvas around. It’s a great editor, and purchasing the Pro version is well worth it, if only to support the developers, but even the free version works great, I did not run into any limitations or anything I couldn’t get over whilst still running the free version of Pixel Studio. It has quickly become my favorite pixelart editor and in my opinion, it’s very well worth a try.
I started learning to do pixel art with this program and I really like it so far. I suppose it would be handy if the dithering tool had a variant that doesn't just make things darker/lighter, but perhaps more red/blue/whatever colour of the palette. Perhaps similar thing could be achieved by applying transparent colour or having a layer with transparency. That might be in the program but I haven't found it. Adding rotations by custom angle would help animations a little but I imagine that's hard to do with a cutout that is divided into discrete pixels. (though you could probably average the colours in some creative way if new pixels were created? Beats me!)
Good for niiiiiiiiiiii ce friend
