Don’t waste your time like I did jumping through all the hoops to make an account and get the app for a free pizza. I spent an hour or so trying to figure out why the coupon wouldn’t apply to my cart. I even read the terms and conditions 🤡 I am very hangry now, so I ended up ordering without the coupon 😤 I would like &pizza to send me a refund for $13.99 to make up for all the trouble I went to trying to make things work.

&pizza is really special. Its pizzas are a perfect size for one & they are sooo delicious. Within their app they consistently have promotions & a pretty great rewards system. Thanks &pizza!

I like the old silly witty text messages an coupons an the functional app. This was is ok makes me read card sometime. Rather order in person

My rewards from my previous account did not transfer over to this new system.

What happened to the build your own pizza option. We need that back please.

Since the app updated with major changes, I have had many problems with it. It keeps switching where menu items are located, it is not as intuitive to use, and it is harder to track my past orders. About half the times I try to use the app I just end up cancelling the order because it is too difficult. Today I tried to free a build your own pizza but that item was removed from the menu. I look forward to updates that will fix the problems.

It’s decent, but making some of the categories for pizza cute or edgy makes it hard to understand what to click on to order a pizza.

The reorder button hasn’t worked for a few months, it’s not the end of the world, but it would be great if that was fixed. Still love this place
