What’s the point in having an official app if it’s this bad? Just don’t bother.

Unable to click anything from billing details page to complete the order! Not just user error - spouse had the same problem. Absolutely useless, had to use website.

THIS APP IS MAKING ME WANT TO CHANGE PIZZA COMPANY AS IT IS NOT EASY TO PAY ON IT. HALF THE BUTTONS DONT SHOW WHEN YOU TRY TO USE IT. NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR SUCH A GOOD COMPANY OTHERWISE.

I have iPhone XR and iPad and the app is not working on either. iPad it allows me to order food but when it comes to payment it keeps showing billing info but no option to continue to payment. On my iPhone it does not allow me to add items to basket at all. Shame as have to go to other pizza apps that work.

Used to work fine but in the last few weeks (May 2023) doesn’t work on the phone

This isn’t really an app. It’s been done on the cheap. It’s essentially an icon that loads a web browser, but rather irritatingly no back button. Not sure which browser they used and then locked down to the point of uselessness.

App stuck in 1898! Why oh why in this day and age are people’s app so shocking???

Worked fine until latest update. Now crashes on launch.
