My app is malfunctioning!!!

I would have given it -10 star, it doesn’t work , you click and it takes you out of the app

Had a pizza craving, 2 hours in, still can’t order, customer service, not helpful, guess what, craving gone! Thanks for Nothing!

How can you use one app, for the whole country, you order in a different city and someone else where is replying from a different city, and it's difficult to track your order, they can't control the app, people on iG taking orders are better off, every time I try to order, it's always exhausting because I keep calling and calling...

And the taste is heavenly

App doesn’t even fulfill any basic functionality. You can’t make an order on the app.

Poor app! Poor customer service. I really don’t know why you created an app if you can’t handle it. Very shameful- poor app design, orders can’t be tracked, contact number isn’t connecting, support person is slow to answer and even ignores WhatsApp messages. It should be zero stars if possible but I guess one star must be left for your pizza which isn’t so bad. But I advise y’all (readers), go and pick up at the store or send your delivery person unless hunger Fi kill you. Improve it or delete it from here!!!
