Pizza Patron

Whenever I go and put in an order, I can’t find the cart to check out and place my order??? Even if I accidentally hit the home button, I have to REDO the entire order placement?!

So often the damned app fails at logging in, tells me i got point and rewards but I really don’t (glitch), I enter exact same info online and it works perfectly. Pizza is solid asl dough.

When I try to order through the app, it never has a “cart” button. How am I suppose to check out and pay for the items I selected if I can’t get to the cart to make a payment! Doesn’t happen on any other pizza joints app, I’ma just say that.

Terrible app, why does the app ask me to download the app when that’s what I’m using? Also it said if I used the app and ordered a specialty pizza I’d get a free pizza. Well I ordered the speciality Diablo pizza and I got NO REWARD. I can’t even place an order. There’s no way for me to check my cart and no way to check out. It’s ridiculous. I love pizza patron and I thought the app would be great and convenient but it’s just so frustrating. I deserve my reward and I shouldn’t have to spend 30 minutes trying to place a simple order. I ended up having to go to the website. This app needs to be updated and fixed or I’ll just order from dominos next time.

The food is great but using the APP to order is such a pain in the butt to navigate, add extra items after you select a deal. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong but this app is just horrible who ever designed it dosent know what they are doing.

Pizza is good but this app is total garbage. Password reset emails aren’t sent, back button don’t work, lack of obvious shopping cart button, API errors. Literally lost business today because of this app. Do yourself a favor PP, actually hire someone with UX experience to rebuild this dumpster fire of an app. I’ll try again in 2024…already wasted 30+ minutes today on this.

App is bug filled, freezing and crashing with and without wifi. Can’t load locations, needs update

I have gone to around 8 different locations. Each time I was met with smiling employees quick service, a small line that went by quickly. It’s very affordable and it’s extremely delicious. I love the new thin crust and I really like how easy the apps to use. I cannot say enough good things about this company actually buying their stock instead of their pizzas I better get both. 🧐 I wish I could give them more starts. Actually 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
