Can’t even log in
I can not even get passed the login screen. Entered the correct ID and e-mail address but the app returns invalid e-mail adres.
Bleh app functionality is bad
Questionnaire in the beginning to sign up the button to proceed to the next question isn’t working so you can fully set up the app, seem to have a lot of bugs virgin active app is better
App stuck
Cannot get past number of days so I cannot use the app
App is not working
I downloaded the app a few weeks ago when I joined the gym but it has never worked, I was only able to register. When making selections it then gets stuck when I get to select the number of days I will dedicate, I can’t proceed further than that. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall but with no success.
Can’t finish the setup
Cannot get passed the second last question for setup. So can’t even start using the app. Fix this ASAP.

Can not get past “how many days”
All is smooth up until I get to the 2nd last question where I need to select the number of days I’d like to work out, nothing happens when you click any of the options which means I can not get past that page… can you developers look into this issue. Your TA’s clearly missed something during the testing phase
Can’t even get past the registration
Trying to input my details about my goals, and when I try select how many days a week I want to gym, it doesn’t register anything g and there’s no way to skip this step…. Frustrating
