I have made a purchase, given proper address but they cancelled the order after so long saying address not reachable. This was my first order and i am giving this address for all the ecommerce websites but this is the first time. Not gonna buy another one from planetkart, waste of time and money

One of the worst app i have ever used I ordered a case and they send me a wrong product and when i asked them to return or refund it they just avoid the matter Their support team is dick man

I was ordered a case on 23 March and today is 6 April but they did not proceed my order. Totally unacceptable.
