Planoly: Social Media Planner

Auto logs out my linked social account and when I link try to link back my social account it doesn’t work. Terrible app lost my work.

When I post there are big problems, one time it left out all the captions that had taken me so much time but I posted already than I was do fed up that I stopped posting directly from Planoly, thought I could still use it for overview…but than again it disconnects everything not in line the way it was, a mess and impossible to get back in. Both my partner and me tried for a few hours. No help anywhere. Those squares in the corner are too big and distract from nice overview feeling, which is ironic as that is the number 1 reason to get this app. When trying to get back in and password was not good I gave my phone number than it says it will get back in but when recieved the link and clicked on it it just opens my insta app and still can not into Planoly. Always paid so much but the worst service. Can hardly ever use this app that it is actually working. If I would easily be able to get someone to help me for service I would not have put this bad review.i already put all the work into Planoly with 2 accounts and I can not use it anymore, don’t know what to do anymore to fx the problem to just connect again. I lost so much time and money…

I been using this for over a year and recently there’s a notification popping up for me to unlink my account (I don’t know why), and then suddenly it freezes me from using it. I’ve been a paying member since 2022, and I just extended the plan til next year February 2024. I have not been able to use Planoly app on my phone for a few months now. And every time I contact support they always close my tickets before resolving any issues and tell me to uninstall and reinstall the app. They don’t fix anything for you. Don’t waste your money

Hard to edit post after posting!!! Messes up all the margins!! Annoying.

I tried to click on upload the photo but it couldn’t work to access my camera roll I spending for abt 15 mins to click the Desktop logo before is able to get through my camera roll. Another issue when I am adding the post description the text box and photo are overlapping and I couldn’t see my text properly. I like Planoly interface but too many bugs. Please fix
