It is really helpful for people who are willing to pay for this app but l would not because after the 7 day trial they just charge you 49.99 for one year. I would pay 12.00 not 49.99 I was looking so forward to getting this app I was literally standing next to my plant waiting for this app to download but no I’m not spending almost 50 dollars for 1 year I would not recommend this app

The reason I wrote 2 stars is because the app is a lie it won’t tell you what the antidote is to the is and it pays wayyyyyyyyyyy too much money for the app plus the app says for 4 years olds and younger what 4 year old knows what a plant is or can read those big word plus it’s a scam PLEASE DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP ITS a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😠😠😠😠 ps why did you do it this is why nobody should download this app cause it’s a scam!!!!!!!!!!

It let me skip the trial but after all I could do was take pictures of my plants and it got my money tree and lucky bamboo wrong. So disappointed.

This app helps me so much! It’s not fake! It tells me diseases of my plants, identifies them, and more! I really recommend it for any plant lover or just if you have plants. That’s all from me!

I wanted to see if this app actually knows what species my plants are just so I can see if they knew what they were talking about. Unfortunately, it got out of all 10 of my plants only two correct and the rest were so wrong. I took the same pic over an over and it gave me a different species every time. It only got my yuca and my jasmine correct but those are super easy ones. My lychee tree it got wrong along with my dragon blood and hyacinth. So way off on accuracy. When I tried to test its diagnosis feature, that’s when it wouldn’t work at all. That’s when they want you to pay 39$ for an app that identifies the wrong species of plants. Lol time to fix your app devs can’t see anyone paying for something that isn’t correct smh don’t waste your money. Want to know what your plant is google it. Want to know what’s wrong with it google or buy a book on plants simple works better an won’t screw you out of a subscription every month. 😊

I joined this app today so I’m not sure if you have to wait 7 days for that free trial thing but whenever I try to identify my plants it wants me to do a free trial for 7 days and even when I click the odd faded cancel button in the corner it deletes my message and photo of the plant. I’m not sure why it does this but just fix it if people don’t want to pay after 7 days I may be honest it quite annoying.

I hate how you have to pay like my apple tree is rotting AND I GOTTA PAY and I NEED HELP it's very annoying Does someone out there agree?

This has been a nightmare. I want to cancel my subscription effected November 2, 2024. Have customer’s support contact me . In the meantime I’ll still be looking for the customer support information.
