I paid for an annual subscription to this app and it keeps telling to pay to access the information. Clearly a glitch in the system but so annoying that I’ve paid for a service and got nothing in return

As a horticulturist with 30yrs experience. I know a good reference from a bad one. This app has impressed me. A quote from an email I sent the developers. ” Just a short note to say that I’m really impressed with the accuracy of your app in identifying a rather random plant. Not only was it accurately identified, but the information given on the plant was far from scant. “

Kostenlos in der Suche und dann grosszügig ein paar Probetage. Wagt es nicht was abzubuchen. Nicht die einzige Pflanzen-App mit Nepp 🤮
Testen nur nach bezahlen, Kündigung schwierig.
Vorsicht, testen kann man nur nach Abschluss eines Abos und eine einfache Kündigung über Apple Abonnement ist nicht möglich!

Erst Testversion dann Abo also nichts kostenloses. Warum muss man die Zeit der Menschen so verschwenden und kann nicht direkt nen Preis dazuschreiben?
