Awesome! Just need to include explanation of what weight to use and when to increase

The app in not working since 3 weeks after renewing my yearly subscription, and this is so annoying

When i try to used app it is frozen in icon screen and don’t open

There’s a variety of anything that you need on Playbook. I follow AJ for grappler strength I am a BJ competitor and work full-time in law enforcement. Priorities and playbook I used to use TrainHeroic, Playbook is way better for attention details and caters to the busy full-time worker. I recommend giving Playbook a shot, you will not be disappointed in your workouts.

Love this app. So easy to use and keep track of where you are and how you can improve and I loooove Eliza’s workouts! I am always dying doing her stuff!

I canceled my subscription months ago with screenshots to prove it, and am still being charged consistently every month. Customer support is terrible. There is no way to talk to a live person and they do not answer emails at all. I’ve reported them and am working with Apple to get my refund, but I have nothing good to say about these scammers.

I love Claire and this convenient app !! My workouts have become more consistent because I can do them everyday everywhere! As easy or tough as you want in every style of fitness. This app has made it easy for me to stay disciplined and motivated while reach new goals in health and fitness. The referall plan doesn’t work. I’ve never received a month free for any referall. Also the nutrition plan is a fail. A representative never showed up to a meeting that I had set up online. Otherwise the app itself is phenomenal for personal workouts at home or wherever you are. Claire is legit and I love all the information she provides.

I signed up because I’m doing a program with a trainer I’ve been following on IG for while. The app is easy to use and very motivating. I like that it keeps track of the days you worked out giving you a “highest streak” and a “current streak” you can also take private photos to help you keep track of progress as well as set reminders and plan your workouts.
