Keeps crashing can’t get to convert

I was hoping to find another app that converts between music App, unfortunately the other app isn’t listed anymore so this app appeared. When I saw it had at least 3&half stars I just knew I was in luck. The first conversation didn’t work so I thought I did something wrong; only to be asked to purchase the full version. After the confirmation I processed to try the conversation AGAIN and the same thing happened. THE APP KEEPS CRASHING. Now I have yet ANOTHER crappie App that doesn’t work. Please fix or refund us our money.

Paid two dollars for it to crash every time it says a playlist is ready to transfer, don’t waste your time or money

I downloaded it with high hopes because it had a good user interface but I can’t transfer any playlists it just said “can not find a valid playlist”
