Chat Bot takes way to long, the phone number makes you leave a message then emails are not done in a timely manner. I have had nothing but problems with the geo location since 2021 and since the new upgrade it won’t even let me play because of that issue so I just closed the account for poor service.
They took away triple hot ice

Ever since the most recent update, “the new experience”, I have been having problems with the app verifying my location and it kicks me out the games constantly.
I signed up using the old app when I lived in Greensburg and had a good time and won on sign-up promotions. Moved to the new app and maxed the 50% match offer which after playing that through I was up $20. Not great but ok with it. Tried to cash out and have been unable to add my bank or debit card information. Have tried to message support through the app and it just spins and does not load. Have sent 2 emails over the past few days along with attempting to call to resolve this issue and have not heard back. Want to make things right and cash out but currently I would not recommend this app and company. Hope this changes and look forward to hearing from PlayLive.
App constantly crashes and in the middle of games it says it can’t verify your location. Get a lot of can’t connect to the server errors or general black screens. Very frustrating.
Whatever they did with the update to this new app is terrible. So many bugs. Always kicks me off games and loses my location.
The games keep crashing after a few minutes of playing. Pay your workers and get a functioning app....
The new update is atrocious, games do not load. Downgrade from the previous version. I enjoyed it immensely since original download until this recent update and now debating whether to delete account due to game play and entertainment level dropping significantly.
I opted into a 50% bonus match promo and then deposited $200 for that promo by clicking on said promo. What did I get? No 50% deposit match. Just my $200 in my account. When you attempt to use the chat feature for help it just turns your screen gray and unusable and won’t load any support chat at all. I sent two emails and have not heard a thing back from them. Not impressed or happy. I will just withdraw my $200 and go deposit on pretty much any other pa online casino for a better deposit match that I will without a doubt get immediately.
