Wouldn’t let me update my personal profile at all. Also doesn’t load on step 2 of the find partners options

1. They charge you immediately. No as stated month free. 2. Contacted them about canceling, but they refused. 3. When finally canceled they still charged me for an extra month.

This app barely functions. I literally cannot do a single function on the app that I paid to access. I would like to cancel my subscription but cannot even load the app successfully enough to get to the screen. Since no screen loads for me. I don’t even know if they have a screen to cancel my subscription since they are a sketchy app.

i’ve been signed up through play your court for a while but have just downloaded the app today. the functionality is very laggy. i’ve tried updating my personal info on the app and it won’t even let me change my gender (which was set as female for some reason). I understand some features are locked behind a paywall but I feel like personal info and bios should be able to be updated without issue.

I didn’t need the membership anymore but the app doesn’t have an option to cancel your subscription which feels super scammy. You have to send an email and they won’t cancel it right away, they will try to give you a free month and stuff like that hoping that you keep forgetting to cancel and charge you quietly for a few more months. I hate apps like this, just focus on improving your app (which is full of bugs) instead of actively making it hard to cancel a membership to keep charging.

Went to cancel the membership and there’s clearly a glitch where I can cancel the member ship again as if I never did it the first time. Also zero email reminders or confirmation of membership cancellation.

The app doesn’t function properly at all

Pretty poor app, chat doesn’t work, log in sometimes works and sometimes it doesn’t. And they give you these cheap membership deals because most people don’t even respond to play tennis. Nice idea, but it needs work.

They charge you at a double price without any notice and does not fully refund. Also for me, the challenge bracket never worked. Use FB to find partners and use UTR or USTA to play matches instead!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had on an app. Search is non existent. Posting a feed is throwing stuff in the void. Complete waste of time and money.
