don't buy, can't connect internet （不要买没法连接）
fix bug plz，无法连接很久了
Worked at first, then not, no support
Plex worked well for a month, then stopped. The ‘contact support’ in the app didn’t work, just gave the always unhelpful ‘network error’ message. I had to contact theApple Store to get Plex’s email, but they haven’t replied to the email. A good app when it worked, but the absence of tech support means I’ll cancel my subscription.
Cannot make purchase
My subscription ran out, but I can’t make a new purchase anymore? No matter how many times I try, it’s always stuck in loading and not showing the payment method... I tried on both phone and iPad, and none works. If it’s a bug, please fix!!

After I found out the service was not available in my region,the refund request I sent haven’t been replied and the refund seem like a no go.
