Could be a good app, but having to go on a website and enrolling people and making question sets is a bit of a pain. Would be better if you could do everything in the app

The old version of this app did an excellent job. You could take class quizzes with ease and the class data was easy to access. The new version stops you reviewing the class. You have to look at each question individually. Much less efficient. Shame the old version was very good.

At the bottom I click classes and it say demo class and at the bottom of that page it says students and I go on that and it is a blank screen if anyone knows how to make the quiz and add students please let me know (on iPhone)

New version is so bad it is hard to grasp. So hard to navigate the new layout and can only create 5 questions before it asks you to upgrade to Pro for $9 per month !!!!! Sure you could make a question one at a time but it opens a new tab every time. This used to be a reliable way to get great formative assessment so sad to see what it has become.

This is a great resource for any classroom. My students loved it and regularly ask me to do my weekly quiz using plickers.

Well, as a formative assessment tool, or to help me understand what learning has taken place, whilst keeping the confidence and integrity of the student, it's fantastic! Quick and highly effective... I highly recommend spending the time to create clear confirmatory questions and slip this exercise into your lesson plan as an inclusion and differentiation element. If you wanted to stretch and challenge - have some questions banked - it works well for ad hoc interaction either as groups or for an individual, pulling your lessons up Bloom's taxonomy to 'analysis'. Everything is here for a killer app except the ability to share your ‘Plicks’ or view others. I see that the community of users have been asking for this for four years and have had no response, a great shame really. Once you’ve invested the time to create your quizzes it works really well, but it’s a classic case of reinventing the wheel multiple times within the community of users and even within a school dept. C’mon developers pull your proverbial finger out and add this feature.

I tend to use this for revision lessons as it makes them more fun and interactive, and the system is so easy to use!

I'm not actually a teacher, I'm a student. My Maths teacher, Mrs Witter used this once in class and we all loved it. After class i asked her for the name of the site and now I'm here. So I've used it a bit to create a few quizzes for a club i help run and it's been great so far. I've found it easy and enjoyable to create the quizzes and it's helped a lot with boredom. Don't know what to do? I'll just go on my phone and create a few questions until something else comes up. It's a great use of my time and I'd recommend it to teachers and fellow students alike.

If you haven't got iPads for the whole class then this is THE solution. I've also used it as the basis for programming and intro to QR codes.
