Now it no longer works, everything is either frozen or blank. I deleted and re-downloaded it and it wiped everything to the point it is no longer functioning in any capacity. Support does not respond either so they have my money with no recourse. Such a shame
I didn’t bother going for the monthly or yearly subscription yet when I tap on ‘Continue using with the limited version’ and then I go to use one of my photos by tapping on it I’m consistently taken to the subscription page. What gives? If you only want people who will pay for, either, a monthly or yearly subscription then kindly just do away with the option to use the limited feature version and then I’ll just delete the app.
It just keeps loading and loading forever. I’m so disappointed
After several years using the app for business I can not login, keep being charged and contacting support was a dead end. Very disappointing.
Unable to use for many days App on iPad Pro even though I have fully paid subscription until next year. Log in screen appears that rejects password and if I choose "lost password", it doesn't send a link to reset password. So I go to Plotaverse online and manually reset password, then back to App to log in. Again it rejects password, so I'm locked out of App that I've fully paid for. I emailed their support from their main website. They sent a vague email saying this interruption is due to "cloud outage" but this issue has continued for almost a week and they don't reply to my follow up emails. I asked for a refund. They told me to get it from Apple, but sent a link where Apple only deals specifically with its own products, NOT third party Apps. NONE of my other paid Apps require me to log in and provide personal details ... I'm beginning to wonder whether this company is trying to scrape user information that they are not entitled to take.
Interesting app to exercise creativity and imagination. Thanks. It would be nice if there were a “one time purchase” option.
Great app to work for do stuff for your company
Frankly, I’m tired of Apple pushing these terrible apps. Don’t download. You have to buy a subscription to even SAVE your work. AND if you try the pro features you can’t even back out of feature.

I love it but, I don’t want to buy the whole pro package, and just remove watermark, but when I scroll down on the app store it says it’s an option but it’s not in the app, can someone redirect me?
