Need to update, you have new locations that are not on the app. Should be an easy fix - thanks!

I bought a pluckers membership on May 5, 2024 in store. Every day since then, I have tried to register through this app. First, it wouldn’t let me make an account, with no error message, just a spinning wheel. Today, it let me make an account, but when I finished inputting my information, it says something went wrong. I have tried on WiFi and cell service, and I get the same error. I guess I will keep my receipt with my club code until this app can function.

I love pluckers but every time I try to use the app I am always logged out, or the app moves slow to load. My biggest issue is that no matter if I order online through the app or in person my points NEVER accumulate. Hopefully over time, this can be fixed because thats the whole put of having an account is for points!! Just for reference, I have been stuck on 25 points for 2 years and I have eaten there a handful of times. Also to add, I use a birthday or promotion promo and it works it but why does it not give me points because obviously its acknowledging my account to take the code but idk.

This app is pretty useless if you don’t let people sign up.

I can’t get past the enter my email screen. I just get a blinking blue dot. The app never moves to the next screen. Does this app even work?

I looked forward to buying wings from this new location, however, wings seem to be the same as Wingstop yet pricier, i also ordered xtra wet and I got dry and over cooked, to top it all I asked for lemon pepper but might as well give me hand fulls of seasoning instead, they were over seasoned I could not finish them. Do better!

The app has continued to sign me out for months, and now when I try to sign in via Facebook (my usual method) it gives me this warning, “App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.” I’m also able to sign in with my email address.

Constantly having to sign in again when I open the app. When you scan the receipt to receive points it hardly ever works. An update should fix it, but I’ve had the app for years and haven’t seen one update on it so I doubt it’ll happen

Add the ability to specify only flats or drums for wings, as well as automatically applying rewards points within the app
