Plum: Health Benefits

I submitted a bill which clearly states what was done but still they have some stupid processs on their side . Also the app is not that great . I don’t recommend using this

Received a call back from the Plum team after dropping the feedback here. Appreciate their support. My query was resolved.

I booked a tele consultation via this app and the doc sent me a blank prescription. Now the support is not even able to locate my prescription and not offering any resolution

I went through the reviews before taking services from Plum, now it’s been year using this app. This company Plum is a scam. I raised multiple claims with the proofs and they got rejected, when the same documents I used with another insurance company, they worked. Today is my last day with Plum so I thought to write a review before uninstalling Plum..

Plum app features are very user friendly and easy.

It’s impossible to log in on web or through app. Please fix this. You can’t leave customers stranded like this in an emergency

I would not recommend anyone to use the app. Their team does not even care to know about your corporate policy and mislead you. They simply keep you waiting for hours by manipulating the scenario and stop responding to your calls when they don’t have an update. If you want your patient to suffer please go ahead and use the app.
