Please fix bugs

From this morning I am trying to login but couldn’t by apps .I can login from websites only .Can you guys please sort this out

Stop the Show! Fix Your iOS Banking App or Take It Down!

I’ve been facing ongoing issues with the beneficiary account feature, particularly when transferring funds to another bank. The app seems to lack advanced features expected from a modern banking service. I’ve also noticed that when transferring money to bKash, the app closes automatically without showing any success message or confirmation. This forces me to log back in just to check my balance or transaction statement, which is very frustrating. This issue appears to happen only on the iOS version, as the Android version seems to work fine. If the app can’t be maintained properly on iOS, it might be better to temporarily stop offering it on this platform. People use banking apps for smooth transactions, not just to check their balance. Having a problematic app is worse than having no app at all. Please address these issues as soon as possible.

bad aps as well as very bad bank with high and many hidden charges. also can’t transfer funds via mobile apps they also dint have branches availability all over the country very bad very bad i wish i could give them a negative star review i also made a phn call to there help center and guess what they also can’t help me so yeah this is it i am closing my account

ভাই আপনাদের এই অ্যাপ এর মাথা মুণ্ডু আমি বুঝি না। সিটি ব্যাংক, ব্র্যাক ব্যাংক ওনাদের কি সুন্দর অ্যাপ, অ্যাপস খুললেই মাথা ঠাণ্ডা রেখে সব বুঝা যায়। দয়া করে অ্যাপ সুন্দর ও সহজ উপায়ে তৈরি করুন।

Says Not secure

Whenever I tried to log in to this app it says it is not secure to log in and I can’t login.

Ios 14 apk crash after login.apk open properly but after successfully log in then apk shutdown immediately

When ever i click banking option it shutdowns the app automatically .. need an update to solve the problem.. i am using ios (iphone) .. Thankyou
