App crashed when I try update transaction preference or limit

Very poor customer support.

Worst credit card app, no clear guidelines for statements and card usage of past months, pls improve your app

Application is not user friendly. I need to search a lot in app.the menu items are confusing. There should be summary on top and recent transactions can be viewed easily. Try to make it simple and appealing. I like SBI card app same time as the app is user friendly. And at a glance we have a idea about usage payments limits and all

I cannot able to set the limit in card control it automatically came out ones enter into the card control

The app crashes suddenly while using. Nonproductive app, waste of time.

Payment settlement amount not updated in Genie app. It should be updated in real time in Genie app.
