I can login through my internet browser but not the app. I can’t even reset my password with the app so it’s useless to me.
The app is really good to use, but here lately in the last few weeks it’s not been letting me log on to check everything. Just keeps saying we’re unable to process your request at this time and to try again later. I need this to get fixed ASAP…. I use this app on a daily basis.
I have all my correct info and it tells me invalid user name or password
Worst bank. They lie and steal money. That’s why it takes 24 hours to update your pending statuses.
Worst Banking Experience Ever! Not only did it take a month to get my debit card but it took 3 trines to order it . The second attempt the banker at the branch said they would waive the rush fee of $25 … not only did they still charge me they make you feel like its your fault and don't follow through what they commit to as a bank. I had an unauthorized charge on my visa debit … its past 45 days and not a word , no temp credit no follow up nothing. Sondo yourself a favor deposit nothing with PNC . Zero Give them Zero because thats the score they get from me. $0.00

I’ve had SmartAccess for several years and it’s the only card I use. The app is easy to navigate. I don’t have to worry about fees or over drafts! It’s simple to load cash.
I see this up for direct deposit, I don't remember if it came early I believe it did but customer service sounded like teenagers in a garage laughing when I tried to make a dispute. They mocked me when I told them my situation and I let it go just because I knew I needed the refund for a subscription and that this card was only temporary. Customer service horse for the card is a couple hours shorter than regular account holder hours and you definitely feel like a second class customer with the card and no account attached. They canceled my card without notifying me (I assumed they would though I was always in person of it when he asked). I had funds i could not touch for as l most (if not more ocean) 2 weeks. You can't make any deposits only DD. You can't be helped at any backs (some actually try to with limited access). It's the WORST account I've ever had!
