I downloaded the app this morning and tried to create a profile. The app asked to verify my email by sending me an email and submitting the code in it. No email was sent, not in my regular inbox nor the Spam folder. I kept trying to verify my email but no email was sent, until it said that there's a problem with verifying my email for some reason and there was a button suggesting me to send another email verification... After closing and opening the app, I was able to log in and search for a voucher to my liking. I tried to buy q voucher for a movie and then the app tried to verify my email again - which is problematic for some reason. If I can't use your app, just say it's going through something, and don't let me continue using it as if everything is working fine except for a small issue.

With Poalim wonder you cannot really use your points without paying an extra amount from your own pocket. I have 140 points and I cannot find a single useful benefit that does not require paying the rest from own pocket. The category “points only” is non-existent.

האפלקציה לא פעילה בכלל ב4 השנים האחרונות, למרות שעדכנתי את האפלקציה כמה פעמים. תמיד רשום שיש תקלה. איך אפשר לממש את ההטבות כשזה ככה? נא לתשומת לבכם
