I recently had a knee replacement surgery with Practice Plus When I returned at three weeks for an assessment from the physio’s they showed me this app and it’s been fabulous I’ve had no problems at all and use it every day to continue with my exercises I’m post op by 6 weeks!

Do not install this app at all. It is completely useless and potentially dangerous. As an app, the buttons do not work when you need them to and the information is horrendous. Listen to your physiotherapist, not these independent organisations.

There is some good information here and it is very useful to see the exercises demonstrated through the videos. What is annoying though is that the videos do not always work; you wait for nothing to happen or a blank screen can appear. Other reviewers have drawn attention to this but the errors are still there.

I'd suggest adding a 'my exercises' section so that you can remember the ones you need that week or fortnight. I'd also suggest linking the exercises to the reminders I.e. X date, y time, heel raises and ... I'd also add daily reminders setting. Lastly, I'd include a count function that is linked to the 'my exercises' section to help people keep track of their reps.

Waste of time....the main purpose of this app is to mimic the exercises- the hip videos are corrupt and you can't download.

Videos don't work...for hip anyway.

Hip and knee videos say they are corrupt and to download again - but no download available. So deleted app and started again - same result - corrupt videos. No contact available in app or in iTunes to check.

Not impressed with this!! Videos are corrupt! Won't let me download! Utter rubbish

Great app. Simple to navigate. You need to download the videos the first time you use it so make sure you're connected to wi-fi. After that it's plain sailing / exercising. Good stuff.
