I really do want to use this opportunity to commend the PocketApp brand and the team in general: from the management, to the developers, even to the customer service team; you guys are phenomenally amazing! Your platform works seemlessly with minimal issues, almost never even occurs. In few cases of slight issues, customer service resolves like wild fire. Bravo guys! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

No network prob works perfectly

I don't know why I will put in my NiN slip for verification and it won't show me in progress I can't verify my address...I don't get it

First off I hate to speak down on great efforts but honestly I can’t take it anymore. My tier was downgraded, they don’t want to verify my identity, I can’t generate a bank avvount, my bvn is verified yet they keep say it isn’t. I can’t receive OTPs, the app is stupidly sluggish. This UI is not so friendly with its users and I dislike it alot. Lastly why the hell can’t I log back into the app?? Why is the tiers downgraded? Why doesn’t it verify identity and why can’t I generate a bank account for Christ sake?. This guy are just making me sad. Fix the app, drop an update that fixes all the bugs!!
