App is laggy, need 120hz support on scrolling while reading
App itself is amazing, would be the best reader easy on App store... But omg when I am scrolling throughout the books it's just laggy, definetly don't support 120hz refresh rate and it feels laggy compared to other readers app.. Please devs fix this and you will have the best reader app <3

Login isn’t working
I can’t create account on pocketbook store
Don’t know, what else to do
We got the reader, purchased a book and we weren’t able to get the book into a reader. After a while, the original link expired and we weren’t able to retrieve the book from anywhere as the login on pocketbook’s site doesn’t work and we keep seeing error. No response from email communication, no support. I wonder if anyone will respond here. If so, I will change the review. Cheers!
Impossible to download purchased book
After trying multiple times, it seems to be impossible to download the book from my purchases.

Hi, I know the issue is probably on my side but how the f can I show menu when the book is shown in full screen reader mode???!!!
