완전 최악!!!!

App crashed and i cant subscribe

Just downloaded it today, i want to subscribe and buy some letters but the app crashes everytime i try to buy the letters and when i try to subscribe someone it says "Error has occurred please try again". I tried to uninstall and install the app but that doesnt give any changes please fix the app i just want to see oneus💔

Falsely accusing me of multiple sign ups

This app is accusing me of doing multiple sign ups (which i did not do) and took 500 letters from me by force because of things i HAVE NO CONTROL OF. I’ve sent 3 emails but the customer service did not reply! give me my 500 HARD EARNED LETTERS BACK

i don’t mind paying, but the app lagging and i have to track back the WHOLE timeline to know if my post get replied or not?? also on the comment section, a member replied to my post.. but i can’t see the comment fully because i can’t slide to see the whole comment nor rotate my screen.. please fix this!
