PointPay: Blockchain Wallet

The new update makes the app super fast!! I love it👍👍

I love the concept and the idea behind the app, bug it isn’t ready for the market yet. I transferred a small amount of ETH to the wallet which went ok, I made an exchange with the trade function to BTC and this also went fine. So I tried to send some XRP to the wallet to see if I could put it in the savings, that is where it went wrong. The XRP didn’t enter the wallet even though the address and memo were correct and it was confirmed on the blockchain. Now also the app had to be restarted sometimes because it shows coded text on the buttons. I contacted support so let’s see how fast they will respond. Once again I would love an app like this, but the way it looks right now I will remove the funds once they come in and wait till they have a stable version before I can really use this. As it is right now I would not trust it with my assets and I am glad I didn’t send a big amount to this app yet and wisely tested it first. Edit: After 4 days they finally put the XRP in the account and obviously I was going to transfer all my assets back to my wallets again and delete this app. At withdrawal it said my activated Ripple XRP ledger address in XUMM was invalid, so another failure. Then I entered an address for my exchange account which was accepted and now the withdrawal is pending for an hour. When contacting support they told me the withdrawal takes 24 to 48 hours, so be aware of this when you try this app. I definitely would suggest anybody to stay wassup from this app because it is a nice idea but has been executed really bad and should not be on the market let alone be in the App Store, so I revised my review to a 1 star if I could give none I would choose for that option. Now waiting for completion of the withdrawal and delete all my info from the app and the app itself because it is rubbish.

If you make a small mistake they don’t want to help you. You will lose all your crypto. They are robbers. Don’t use this app!!
