The title of this review sums it up. Why have an app but make it so clunky it doesn’t open up? Have a product that doesn’t work but you promote it as though it does hardly instils confidence in other areas of your business. My suggestion would be withdraw it until it works as until then all you do is simply promote disappointment and a lack of I.T. acumen.

Customer service overall from Police Mutual and policy quality is good, however their online systems leave a lot to be desired. It’s really difficult to log-in to their online portal and log-in for the app simply won’t work at all. Too much information needed and not a simple verification method either. Too many references provided means its hard to identify which one the system is asking for. I think I’ll give the app a miss due to it being restricted and just call them when I need assistance.

Why can’t you log into this app ?

Quite possibly the most useless app ever created. Don’t bother!

Multiple logins with none of you policies available.

The most useless app I’ve ever come across. Don’t waste your time downloading it. Doesn’t offer the user anything regarding policies you have with Police Mutual.

As mentioned by other reviews, you can not view any of your policies and it constantly redirects you to their website, so I do agree…. What is the point of the app other than contact info and product info?

As stated by others - what’s the point - I can’t get in to my account to see anything??!! Deleted!!

You log on with your PMAS details yet it gives you no access to your accounts. I fail to see the point in this app. Deleted.
