Years of updates, years of asking reddit, contacting the developers, and nothing. When I click “unlock my dot”, nothing happens, no matter what device I’m using. Unbelievably frustrating, I wish there was someone to answer an email or some way of figuring this out.
You’ll lose your dot the moment you stake. Have been trying to unlock for years now but will not let me.
I have used the app for about 2 years. I tried to open it a few days age and it will not open, it just flashes back to my Home Screen.
IOS 16.4 Can not open the app.
Immediately crashes when I try and open with this latest version. Interface is not user friendly to beginners in the crypto space. Would love to access my account.

You can use Acala and Karura from this app and it has a nice interface. Not sure why this app is so badly reviewed by some other people. I love it.
Tried to mint LDOT, took all of my DOT and didn’t give me any LDOT. Beware
This wallet does it all fast secure and easy to figure out. I expect big things in the future from everyone at Polkadot and Acala. Keep out performing and revolutionizing in the crypto industry
This app can do a lot, but the UX and design is pretty poor. Things are moved around often and the styling is just not great.
