App constantly logs me out even though Face ID is selected. So frustrating. Other than that, seems great.

App constantly logs me out even though Face ID is selected. So frustrating. Other than that, seems great.
Does everything I need it to, especially after our plumber installed our hot water and towel rail controller in a cupboard accessible only with a ladder! Makes turning the heating off when away so easy. I don’t use any of the other features such as geolocation. One thing - why can I not programme when a holiday is to start, not just when it is to finish? Would make it a lot easier, there is enough to think about when actually going away! And why the uber-security feature of having to log back in with Face ID even when moving away from the app for a second?! Generally though very pleased. Seems reliable.
Many times the app crashes. It reverts back to old temperature. Very poor design and interface.
This app really lets down the Polypipe system. App doesn’t respond to inputs, system turns on randomly. It’s a real shame because the heating is great, but the app is extremely frustrating! Investment required quickly!
Had the app for a few years now, and on the whole it’s been a shocking experience. Over New Year we were away and I decided to set it to “away” mode to save some heating bills. Set up the return time 12 hours before we got back, and expected it to kick in. Got back and could t log into the system. Thermostats weren’t working either. No support. Just trusted it again after a weekend away and it’s failed again. Time for an upgrade I think. £15k on Polypipe UFH and the “smart” bit is not fit for purpose. Disappointing beyond words.
System very fragile keeps falling in and out. Little back up.
The update removed everything from my account and now I need to call the engineer to fix (I need to pay call-out charge!). Useless… waste of money!!
No support options - called Polypipe main number to be told there is a bug that needs fixing. Still waiting 3 days later.
I use the app a lot, I depend on it. So when I could not log into the app. over New Year (with no support / information from Polypipe), it was a real concern. It’s now 3rd January and still the app. is down with no information nor explanation from Polypipe. Disaster!
Fails to log in now and has been like this for days. I need to log in so I can check if the heating has randomly fired up of its own accord at night as it sometimes does, the way you can tell is by checking enhanced history on the room with the stat in as we’ve had to fit WiFi radiator valves in the bedroom to stop it waking us up in the middle of the night roasting hot so we don’t know if it’s been on all night. We’ve had this system for 3 years now and my other half refuses to make any adjustments as she feels messing with it causes it to have problems so she now just asks me to adjust the heating when she needs to. We both wish the plumber fitted a different control system so we could use a hive or something similar. Very disappointed with the wasteful system.
