Pop for Tyne and Wear Metro

Since update too much information on the screen. It would help if reintroduced ability to filter by platform. Especially difficult at Monument as all 4 platforms displayed, ordered by next train arrival rather than platform or destination

Timings and positions of trains make no sense to the reality

The map is no help at all. Before I could see at glance the gaps in service and plan my journey accordingly, now this is not possible. The map takes up two thirds of the screen. The remaining one third contains trains in both directions which is confusing and wastes half of the space still available. There is no timetable screen any more and it’s not obvious if there is still a manual refresh button. I will stick to the previous version on other devices and regret updating it on my phone as there is no way to roll it back.

Each update brings new bugs, works about as well as the service.

Hello. The map is nice, but not very useful. I only need to know how many minutes away the metro is from my station. The list of platforms and times only seems to appear under the map intermittently. Please can you fix it.

I can’t believe this update has come out. They’ve spent money making an app worse! Why do you want a map for a metro on a fixed line. Their own system map doesn’t reflect topography so why does the app. Absolute nonsense.

A new release and yet more problems. The developers appear to have adopted the Meta way of testing - don’t bother and just wait until users reports issues! Hardly any functions available with multiple time-outs after a couple of seconds. About as reliable as the 40 year-old Metro trains themselves. Have a word with yourselves.

App useless. Metro useless. Information boards useless. The management neeed to be sacked and replaced by people who actually know what they are doing and care

I bought this app to be able to tell when my metro arrived, Now it’s telling me that trains arriving at 30 min whereas it’s 10 min , the need for online is just atrocious and I can tell better times than this god-forsaken app

Just remember if you have an important meeting or appointment, take a taxi. This metro is absolutely not reliable due to huge amounts of gaps in service and delays everyday.
