POP MART

I have tried more than 4 times to get in touch with customer service both inside and outside their operating hours and have been left waiting for hours before giving up. Most recently I was left waiting for 4 hours before a human agent got back to me with no notice they were connected. They waited for 3 minutes and then closed the conversation. I have not had a worse experience with an app’s customer service feature before, not to mention the rest of the apps confusing issues

Haven’t been able to log into my account for the past few days. Keeps saying “parameter error” -______-

This app tried to steal every info from me and required me to turn on notification before purchase. !!! But told me it’s sold out after I’ve done everything!!!

Love it. It not only has a new fester of virtually shaking the box but has all the collections

The app is a wonderful solution for purchasing Pop-Mart goods, especially when your nearest shop is over six hours away. However, I do have some concerns about the customer service experience. It often takes 4-6 hours to connect with someone, and the chat closes after just 5 minutes. I understand that we all have busy lives, and it's tough to dedicate that much time to waiting for assistance. I wish there was a better way to reach out, as it can be quite frustrating to try multiple times. I hope they can improve this aspect for everyone’s benefit.

The app keeps on timing out when I click on the arrow to get to another set to see if there’re available boxes. This is ridiculous.

Customer service doesn’t give you notification when someone responds to you and you have to start a new “ticket” every time since if you don’t respond within 3 minutes. They end the conversation. Customer Service will try to scam you too. They will cancel your order and still charge you for it saying the cancel never happened. Customer service said since its already opened, I can’t refund it but I never even opened it. Their app automatically opens it the moment you purchase the product and you can see what you get on shipped which makes no sense. Why ask if you are going to open it anyways. Complete fraud and scam return system.

If my order isn’t super delayed, it’s marked as delivered when I did not receive. Go to store.

I’ve never once been able to buy a labubu from pop mart and whenever I try pop now I get banned for clicking too fast or something I’m not even sure but I’ve bought all my labubus from resellers never have been able to buy from pop mart because of this it’s seriously impossible

You guys expect us to be trying to get your products but bann us for the same reason
