I love this app and have made hilarious edited pictures and I love the way it walks you through the steps and makes the controls so extensive but so simple. I recommend this app

PopAGraph is a powerful photo editor that will transform your photos into insta art adding style and texture effects with minimal effort (no photoshop experience required!). Creating is simple! Take a photo or selfie with your camera, highlight or mask your subject and separate it from the background layer. Apply filters to the background (or subject) to create a dramatic contrast like those artistic pictures with black and white background and the subject has a splash of color. And if you desire, you can even erase the background and make it transparent! Add frames or borders over the “Popped” subject to create a 3D effect. Add or overlay multiple frames to create a freeform unique collage layout. Include a caption or create perspective text (yes, you can tilt the text to create a cool effect). Awesome app
I have tried a lot of photo and graphic manipulation and editing apps and so far this is what I always come back to. It does what I need it to do easily - most the time I use it to remove backgrounds from -images. It does that and way more though. It’s affordable and even the free version is packed with features.

This is the only company on the App Store that has operated with integrity. I paid for the app before it went to subscription and they still honored it. You other app developers should take notes 📝.
