After enter email and password, it can’t even login so how could I use this app to link my popular card? Useless app

I try to renew subscription thru app several times. When it comes to payment, there are 2 options but none seems working to me. 1. Using visa/master, the app asked me to login while i already logged to my account 2. Using fpx, no bank name appear in the drop down menu. Not sure if this happened to me only or to others too.

The app is too slow and have a lot of bug. Kindly please resolved it. Thank you.

After I fill in the data and wanna pay by fpx, tried 2 time, it directly show fail payments page and no way I can do the payment?

Worst app ever after public bank! Add favorite keep ask me login , after login then place order or put in cart, ask me login again, genius..

Tried login multiple times, turned out "invalid email or password" did triple checked my email and password is correct but still can't login. Pls fix it ....

Thought downloading the app would make it easier to browse for books but apparently there is no such functions so I wonder what is actually the point of this app. You also have to make a separate account for the app you cannot use the same one that you use on their website which is weird and unnecessary

This app is so laggy and buggy. Not stable at all. Istg who’s the developers for this app should reconsider their work. I’ve been scrolling through the whole list to find my institute and app kept crashing. how am i gonna apply for the students card if your search bar wont even work

Tried many, many times over the year; even after they updated the software. The pain is, the app wouldn’t allow auto fill, and it asks for a lot private information; but at the end, it still fail. No matter which payment option I took, whether or not I logged in before filling up the information. When I contacted them, they asked me to go to their store to sign up again! They sure make it hard for us to continue! I’m giving up.

It took so long to verified my account. I already recheck my phone number and email but still didn’t get the verification number from sms. I uninstall and install again but still didn’t work. Maybe should change to email verification instead of sms.
