I having not gone onto the app for sometime, I found I could not log in despite supplying the correct credentials. I had to reset details via the website. Very frustrating.

Cannot believe the most recent app update is over a year ago. No wonder app keeps logging you off and keeps crushing. Very useless app.

Awful never works

I was struggling to get into the system. Then I came to speak with Saurabh at your end. He listened to my problem and was very polite and helpful in in getting into the system step by step. I am very grateful for his help and kindness. Thank You. Deepak Bharadia.

Isn’t it possible to give a zero?! Totally useless. I entered my CORRECT details and it says it’s Unknown/incorrect details.

I have to reset my phone every time I want to log in to the app. Waist of time using the app.
