I stopped receiving notifications from the port pro app I cannot see if locations been changed or appointments and what I hate the most is that I don’t know when I get a new load or empty cause I’m not getting notifications

the historical record is very chaotic, and the driver's record work is a disaster. Often make mistakes and quit, unable to work.

It was all great till they added the automatic route update. I’ll be entering a terminal and it automatically changes to arrived. But at the same time, it changes to “enroute” when I haven’t even left the terminal yet. Major flaw and causes miscommunication and gives false ETA expectations to dispatch.

If any other drivers don’t close out their loads and you ware finishing up that run you can’t do any of your loads so you can get paid for the work you have done. I do 10 local runs a day I need to do my paperwork every day so it doesn’t get backed up. I run 2 of my own business and the company I have my trucks signed onto is contemplating getting rid of this app. When a lazy driver messes up your money or your drivers cant get their loads processed because another driver has not done their job and being lazy. It’s infuriating. Port pro needs to fix the problem or lose business.. There is no reason why lazy drivers should be able to hold up drivers that have their business in order. I can’t afford to be lazy I have to have my money on time. Fix your app please. I will push to not use the app anymore if it’s not fixed. Just 2 drivers can hold up a fleet of trucks and drivers from doing their job.

This app share information with whoever they want as disclosed in their policy. Also states they ask that the third party companies they share the data with honor privacy.

The problem that I see with this app is that doesn’t allow drivers to see the time when they arrive to a place and also it doesn’t allow drivers to work in two different transactions at the same time that is something that I look forward to have because I use the seal location to write the arrival time which I shouldn’t but I have no option

Once setup, configured and drivers trained on the app (how to use correctly), this is the most feature rich TMS one can get if they do container work. It has everything that company would need to track containers, dispatching and financial side of things. We used to utilize few different programs, now we completely switched to PORTPRO and very happy with outcome. Would highly recommend training/correct setup to fully take advantage of all the features that are offered.

If I’m doing double move in the same port I can’t put that I arrived for the load out I have to finish the drop first to put that I arrived for pickup….. I used to get pay detention after 2 hour in the port, now with this app I have to work extra hours for free…….👎👎👎👎👎👎

I kept seeing this app on Instagram and hoping the company I work with doesn’t use it and guess what we’re using it now and it is the worst. Super glitchy sometimes you submit a load and it doesn’t show up so you have to do it twice.
