Synchronisation with apps always not possible as apps could not detect watch. User interface is poor and not helpful. Always link to URL instead of features that provides solution.

The idea was good but the hardware implementation was not up to expectations. Understand it’s for kids but the watch given was worse than the free healthy SG watch. Spoilt within 1 month and since everyone knows if it’s for kids it better be robust enough? Seriously lacking in QC and poor branding for future POSB users(kids).

App is simple and user friendly. Helps in tracking my child’s daily expenditure. Although there is a disable feature, it would be great if the watch is password protected to ensure that no one can use it when it is lost. Overall good job.

The date on the watch is one day after the actual date on the phone. It happened after 29/2/24 and the problem persisted despite re-sync. Please advise.

The date displayed on the watch is still wrong after syncing with my phone.

Very useful watch and app. My son is now able to plan and regulate his spending. I have a few feedbacks: - date is incorrect for the last 5 days. Syncing didnt solve the problem. Where did the watch get the date from? - the watch is late by 2 min every week hence need to be synced frequently - everytime we sync, need to tap too many steps: watch, sync, confirm no update and select watch. Please make sync easier with 1 step button

U can’t manually adjust the watch timing. Have to sync it regularly. The strip snap easily too. We just change it.

watch can’t recognise it’s a leap year and worst, wrong date cannot be corrected by syncing. are you serious?

The watch’s battery drain very fast as compared to the previous version. I don’t understand why the watch timing would be slower by about 3-5 minutes if you don’t sync for 2-3 days.
