There’s Someone Impersonating me on the App
I’ve been using this app for a few months and met a photographer at a party through this app. Long story short the guy ghosted me and never sent me my pics of me and him, next thing I know I’m finding him using the pictures on Posh as his profile picture. I’m super uncomfortable and upset with this situation as there’s no report button to report a user on the app. I’ve emailed support and still haven’t heard anything back from them. I guess it’s ok to use people’s pictures without their permission (pictures i’ve never even seen of myself may I add).
EDIT: Support got back and FINALLY deleted his account, still no report buttons tho which I consider to be a bug which is why i’m only giving 4 stars. We need buttons to report accounts not just email support all the mf time.

So people can create evens on here where “approval” is needed to attend. If there is a cost to attend you get charged upfront and then are left hanging with no approval. Contacting event organizers doesn’t work in the web version of this app nor the actual iOS app and the iOS app has the added joy of not being able to contact support for this app.

Scam event planners
I purchased halloween boat party tickets for Nov 2nd and event planner canceled without noticing us. Had to drive 1 hr to the event. They said they would refund the money they never did. Nobody to contact on Posh about this. Any scammer can easily create scam events on this scam app
Event didn’t exist
waiting for a response from support but I got tickets for $90 and the event was canceled with no refund.
Easy to use and feature rich
Key features I love are mailchimp integration, ability to send marketing texts from within the app and ease of adding users at the event level.
Loses a full star because of horrible customer support for Organizers. As the app grows, this could potentially be its downfall if not significantly improved.
