Positive Affirmations +++

Only the self love affirmation works in the app. Really disappointing

I’ve been listening to these affirmations for a couple of months, every day, whether I feel like it or whether or not I believe it. I honestly think this practice has improved my self confidence. I recommend it highly

This is a good idea to start with each morning and are great reminders to change your thoughts and feelings throughout the day and a great app for positive thinking.

I love the concept of this app, but I could not get the affirmations to download. The “work” affirmation failed to download multiple times.

This app has helped me so much in figuring out a way to rewire my brain and be more positive throughout my day. But not only does it do that. It also helps shape and mold yourself to the expectations you’d like to set for yourself as well as your goals.I’ve shared this app with everyone and I strongly recommend to download. First it tells you your age then it asked you what should we work on then the time and then the time again at morning and night and then it popped through the screen that has like everything you need and you can bring this to school whatever you want if your parents is OK

I thought this was a really helpful app because it really helped with all my anxiety and it will help you with yours to it also just makes you feel so calm and it is just gives you a relaxing feeling like everything’s OK so I definitely recommend this app and do only one thing about this app that’s bad is that sometimes it takes a while to load but that’s rare so I hope you enjoy this app to
