Postcard: Make & Mail Cards

This is just great way to remember your vacations etc. Oldfashioned way in new format. Love it! It would be nice to be able to write a bit more. I don’t remember that do they print date automatically or do I need to write it down? Best card app 👍

Charged, never got postcards. No customer support whatsoever.

So this app is great but one thing to be aware of is that it’s based in the UK and your bank may take on a foreign transaction fee (mine adds $0.50) for each card you send. Personally I have no problem with that since this is the best of these apps I’ve tried but it was a surprise.

Great UI. Took about 50 seconds to write note, upload photo, and send.

High quality and easy app to navigate. Have used this service many times with nothing but great feedback from the receiver. Highly recommend this app to send postcards to family and friends.

I’d give 0 stars. Do not use this app. I bought several cards and none have been sent out or received. I’ve emailed customer service with no response.

I have used this app for years to send pictures to family and friends who don’t use a cell phone (Yes, there ARE older people who don’t or can’t but love the pictures!)

Ordered April 11, now April 30…still waiting for delivery. Sigh..back to the drawing board trying to find a service that can ACTUALLY deliver a product.

I’ve been overcharged 6 times due to an error message on the app saying order couldn’t be completed and me retrying. As soon as I saw that 7 orders for the same card/address had been received, I contacted support to cancel 6 of them. I did it again when it said it was processing and again after my parents received 7 copies of the same card. Still no reply or refund, so one card cost refund £28.93 (7x 3.99) instead of £3.99. I’d really like a reply and refund for the 6 duplicates. What is the correct email address for support?
