No sound
Cannot get any sound despite raising the volume up to the maximum, checking IPad’s setting and trying the app on different device. Nothing but silence. Would like my money back if not resolved..

Crashes
This game has always crashed as soon as opened so we've never been able to try it. No current updates are available that appear to address this

Very disappointed that I have paid for this app and cannot even open it. Waste of time and money
Suddenly stopped working
My son has had this app for a few years but now it has suddenly stopped working. It crashes almost every time he tries to open it and then when it does eventually open, there is no sound! I have even been on your website and it suggests that the device may be the problem, and to click through for iOS help sheets - but there are none! Needless to say, my son is very upset. Edit: in my efforts to resolve the issue, I appear to have rectified the sound problem. My son had inadvertently put it on mute from the control centre. However, it still keeps crashing more often than not.

Won’t open
Paid and downloaded this app and I simply won’t open.
Great game for the kids but crashes
My autistic son loves this game but like others have said lately it keeps crashing on startup (iPad mini latest IOS). it’s not been updated for a year so I doubt it will ever get fixed!! Shame.
