Posture Pal helps you improve your neck and shoulder posture by using the motion sensors in your headphones. Improve your neck, shoulder and back posture without having to purchase a separate tracking device. Just use your AirPods*.
Start a Posture Session and Posture Pal will keep track if your neck tilt and will alert you in the background.

No unequivocal visual cue on whether my AirPods Pro 2 are detected or not. You need to pair your AirPods before you launch the app. Too much friction to even get to trial mode. No help design to get me started. Just nags and cues to sign up for a free trial and then cancel manually up to a day before the next date of money-deduction. However, hidden in pricing options there is a lifetime purchase. You need to pick up a custom angle according to your comfort
