Perks spin says you won (with claim form) BUT it really means you’re in a draw!

The site is extremely poor, it is as if it been designed by someone reading from a text book on how to build a website and not quite understood the complexities.

Where’s this wheel we’re supposed to spin? Never seen it yet 😳

My app not working as not getting different coupons and they are all ways the same and all my points are not go in and also not get coupons ever month

This worked really well until the update. Now I cannot get back onto it. I gave deleted and tried again numerous times but my email is no recognised even though I get emails from Poundland. Until it is sorted I will not be downloading again.

All the staff are so friendly and so helpful

Downloaded the app, tried to sign up but I am not receiving a verification code to my email. Have tried a different email address and still nothing, tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still nothing!!!!

Given up trying to make a password. Any of you dev’s gone an iPhone?!

Hello, will this be integrated into Apple Wallet? I was at the till yesterday and had to re-enter my username and password in order to scan my QR code. It would be so much easier if it could be added to the Apple Wallet. Cheers.

It’s not worth to download it as most shops you will have no signal to scan the code. I tried to reset the password and it didn’t do it. Only kept saying didn’t recognise the email but i do receive email from Poundland.
