I have purchase it’s subscription around 2 November but i was not allotted the batch and when i call at the help line care they didn’t pick the call around 2 days and when they picked up they said you will get a refund by 15 November and it’s 16 and i have mailed them multiple time and called them there is response from there team such a third class service after paying 15k not getting the acces to videos and not even refund plus no response from team
