Unusable and Extremely Low Quality
The UI hasn’t been implemented correctly and it makes it impossible to register due to the multiple programming mistakes that don’t allow users to fill out fields or enter information when prompted to.
Even if you already have an account, the email code confirmation system is flawed and even gives you codes that don’t work. The lack of quality control for this app is astonishing, especially considering that it wasn’t always like this. Power of Vitality is completely unusable in its current state.
Login issues
There are so many issues just to login to the app. And finally, I get through the login info just to have a hard stop come up that says they “have a new app” which they don’t. When I click “go to the App Store” to download the new app, it’s the same one I have. So I have yet to login and there are already many problems.
Login Doesn’t Work
I cannot login through the app. Either the code is never sent to my email, or arrives so late that it’s expired. I can login through the website without issue. I think there is some issue with the app coordinating sending the code for MFA. Very frustrating.
Like logging into Apps?
Is this a health app or just a game to see how many times it takes to login and reset your password? Awful and never works!
The user experience is dramatically challenging
The app keeps asking me to input my login information, receive the code through an email, and do all these steps. Every week. There is an option that says “don’t challenge me on this device for the next 180 days”, but checking it does nothing as the app keeps asking for login information weekly.
In the app you wouldn’t know where to go and what are the things that could be done through the platform. It’s not user friendly.
In the new update, i have absolutely no idea where to go to track my daily gym sessions, something that is a simple task. The app or the platform must be at its very very very beginning phases given the fact how inefficient and difficult it is no navigate.
Cannot get registered
I have been trying since July to get registered. I see other people are having same issue why is it so hard?
BAD
I workout everyday and I have received zero points so my health insurance is not getting any cheaper. What’s the whole purpose of the app. Waist of my time. STUPID app. DO BETTER!!
Horrible interface
App and program went downhill after the new version was launched earlier in 2024. Frequently log in issues, latency, not intuitive. Experience was so bad that we are no longer using it for 2025 since our Fortune 10 employer dropped it for another provider.
Hot garbage
This app is terrible, will not authenticate, keep entering the code, says verified at the bottom, but says invalid code below the entry box
