I have tried every way to activate the app, but it fails. When I first got the system it was great, I didn’t use it for a bit, and now it’s doa. Customer service has been no help. They keep asking for an account email to reset. That’s the point, I can’t create one. So the unit is rendered useless now
It won’t let me login anymore. It always shows no network service. So disappointed
I can’t use my product because the app stopped working.
