This app stopped working for my panel, so I’m unable to use either. Was never a good app… but now I have to buy a new panel from different manufacturer.

So all of the sudden the app tells me no controller found. I’ve used this device for almost a year and had no issues and now it doesn’t work

Also the app crashes whenever I try to adjust the "remove color" for images.

There is clear UI problems with this app, it’s very confusing to use and could use better customization options

Won’t connect to controller. App won’t work sometimes.

iOS 15 broke ur app. I have no way of controlling my sign now. Fix immediately!!!!

I got one of their scrolling signs as a present. But now that I have it, it’s barely useable. The app is no help whatsoever. There is NO clear way to program this. There is no tutorial, instructions, absolutely no help you learn to set this up. I think the product could be great, but if you don’t know how to use it, what’s the point. I’ll keep it so I can try and figure it out, but until I do, it will sit unused, unusable, and definitely a reminder to just think about what I look at when picking out a gift. Very disappointing to say the least. If they made clear instructions in English that were easy to follow, that would be great. Get it together, guys.

The APP is easy to use. I have had no problems for two years. The only thing I don’t like is the RANDOM BORDER function. It’s stays on one kind and it doesn’t do the random mode. The power cord housing is weak and it’s best to use black electrical tape and tape the cord to the back of the screen to take the weight off the cord. Believe me you will want to do it. Whatever you do don’t yank or bend the power housing IT WILL BREAK. I HAD TO SOLDER IT BACK IN PLACE.
